Sorry for the brief language used in this scene, however I felt that since we are all adults here, its should be easy to stomach, especially considering what we have read so far in the book. This movie, "Shutter Island," constantly jumps the line between what is real and what is fake. This is what many of Leonardo Dicaprio's movies during 2010 were about. Much like Edward Daniels, Billy is struggling with what is real, and what is fake....as am I....enjoy!
